Over the past year, I have seen 8 clients under the age of 35 who have recently been diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis. Many humans on the Earth hold the belief that the Covid vaccine created illness in people. I can’t speak on that topic because I don’t focus on the physical manifestation of illness; I scan and read the energy under the physical manifestation of illness and that tells a very specific story.  Even though the 8 clients have different physical make-ups, they share some consistencies in their experiences.  

The clients are females and males with different physical body types. Some have light hair and light eyes, while others have dark hair and dark eyes or different skin pigments.  Some of these clients are very healthy and active and others have some pre-existing health issues. They work in various industries and live in multiple counties within New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.    

All the clients have two things in common.  All of them have multiple siblings and all of them were and still are the most capable and responsible of their siblings.  Most of them have another pattern of being somewhat overlooked by their parents because they were responsible children and needed little monitoring. They often took on roles of being adult children and sometimes emotionally supporting unhealed parents.  

All are intelligent, successful adults but as I looked in their energy fields, there was something hidden to the naked eye–visible only in the energy.  All of the clients unresolved responses to their childhood dynamics. As adults, they were able to mentally process their childhood dynamics but the emotional processing was suck in their fields.  Many times, we see physical manifestations of illness when something in our belief systems or mental layer of the aura needs to be altered.  As I moved through their energy fields, I could see imprints of the memories they were holding as well as the emotional responses to these memories. They could be viewed like small video clips but I could feel how the child versions of them stored the emotions connected to the memories.

In order to help them heal, they needed to first acknowledge that it was a soul agreement to be born to their parents in those families. The experiences they encountered helped them develop skills and set them up for what they would do later in life. When they understood the experiences as soul agreements and parts of their birth blueprints, they could let go of the ego responses to their childhoods. They could shed the imprints of grief, abandonment, rejection, and release the energy response patterns of overachievement and over independence developed as a result of getting what they needed emotionally from their parents.

We worked on soul integrations, pulling in the fragmented, traumatized parts of them. We also released everyone in their families with love as we aligned with the connections of their higher selves. This helped lift their mental processing and consciousness beyond that of the human level, which is where healing occurs. When we let go, we expand.

Each client has more healing to do depending on what they are ready to release but once they acknowledge the roots and their roles in creating the manifestations, they can take ownership of their healing journeys. I am always grateful to be part of the healing of my clients. It is an honor to work in their sacred energy fields.

My paternal grandmother Alyce Blanche Morris Marcell, known as “Grandma” or “Gram” to her grandchildren was a beautiful soul that navigated a challenging life. She had black hair and beautiful green eyes that seemed to sparkle in the light. Her father abandoned her mother and his four young children leaving them in financial struggle. Grandma often told us stories of not having much food and having a lot of responsibility as a child. In my time with her, I remember her smiling a lot, when we had family events. She adored my father; we had that in common.

Grandma cooked great meals and enjoyed when all her children and grandchildren came over. She cooked traditional American food. Her specialty was pot roast with mash potatoes and brown gravy and dinner always included some type of bread and butter. Dessert was coffee cake, jello, or pudding. I remember being a little girl and trying on the various glass perfume bottles sitting on her bedroom dresser. Each one smelled like a different flower and I pretended I was a princess trying on floral scents. When Grandma was with us, I felt nurtured and safe. She always made us something to eat and watched us, while we played. Her eyes matched the innate gentleness of her spirit, despite the harsh world she encountered early on. Maybe it broke her in some ways but it never shattered her loving heart. In my 17 years with Grandma before she passed of cancer, she taught me that life isn’t about money or material things; it’s about family.

My experience with my maternal grandmother, Maria Maryanne Sala Baugh was a bit longer and much different from that of my paternal grandmother. We called her Nanny and many of my readers know about her because she is mentioned in my first book. Nanny loved flowers and crafting. She was of Sicilian heritage–a first generation American and could cook the most amazing dishes. She had brown hair and blue eyes. She was short and cute and would always be singing and humming, while completing ordinary tasks like watering her plants, cooking, sweeping, and driving. Though she lived in Arlington, Virginia with my grandfather, I attended undergraduate college in Baltimore, Maryland, so I visited them every other weekend.

In hindsight, I realize that time was one of the greatest gifts of my life. When I visited, she always had my favorite snacks. We stayed up and watched movies together; she was my buddy. During the day, we went shopping, out to lunch, and spent hours picking flowers in her gardens and making bouquets to adorn the house, which always smelled like magnolias from the fresh blossoms in a vase in the foyer. Nanny taught me how to cook, sew, make potpourri, do ceramics, care for house plants, and make herbal infused oils.

Nanny influenced me tremendously. She nurtured me like a mother, yet as a grandmother, she showed me how a child should be loved. I always knew she loved me not just because she said it also because she showed it by her thoughtful actions. She suffered a debilitating stroke in the spring of my senior year of undergraduate college. She couldn’t attend my graduation or wedding and she died a week after I got married. Although I wish we had more time together, as my grandmother, Nanny showed me how to ground in nature, how to nurture others, and give lots of love to everyone. These are all traits I plan on sharing with my own grandchildren one day in the future. She continues to guide me in spirit, always.

Out of all the women in my life, my mother, Denise Clara Baugh Marcell has influenced me the most. She had me, when she was 22 years old. She’s the shortest one in our Marcell crew with brown hair and brown eyes and a spark of candor that can ignite and inferno, if you mess with her family. My readers know I wasn’t an easy child, especially for a young Catholic mom. She didn’t have a framework to help her understand the world I lived in, which included seeing, hearing, and feeling things that other people didn’t experience. That coupled with the fact that I am a transmuter and bring her distortion to her awareness has made for a challenging road at times for both of us.

Nevertheless, my soul chose her as my mother in this incarnation. She has given me some of the greatest lessons and has often been my trajectory for change. Next to my children, my mother has been my greatest teacher. She has challenged me to be a good mother and she has also helped me develop compassion. My mom had challenges of her own, as a child. Her father had unresolved childhood trauma that affected his adult life and added a lot of responsibility for my mom as a child. Nanny depended on her and my mother had to sacrifice clubs and activities to help out at home.

Like the other women in my family, my mother is an amazing cook. She hosts holidays and family dinners with the table set beautifully in crystal, china, and silver that could never outshine the magnificent array of homemade delicacies she regularly presents. Cooking for her family is an expression of her love; it’s an Italian thing and also my mom’s thing. Her home is super clean and she would never dare hire someone to clean it. Cooking, cleaning, and caring for her family are in her domain.

I think her greatest skill is seen with her grandchildren. They call her Nana. She knows what each grandchild likes to eat and she makes sure to always have those things on hand. She could make peanut butter and jelly and Brayden would say,”Nana makes the best peanut butter and jelly ever!” Another time we were on a book tour for my second book, driving through the South and Brayden randomly asked, “Does anyone miss Nana?” I remember looking at him quizzically and I realized that boy truly loves his Nana! She always goes big when it comes to gifts and the kids love it Nana knows how to make them feel special and important. This is a skill I carry with me.

As a matriarch in my own family, I lead my children with love but also with healthy boundaries, so they can grow. I recognize that both Brayden and Briella have their own journeys and soul agreements, though I can help guide them ultimately the journeys are perfectly designed between them and God. I always have to let go and let God take over. I use my energy tools and have taught my children to use them, as well. This is something I didn’t learn from the other female leaders in my family; it is something that I was born with and the same is true for my children. These tools are new skills that I am contributing in the family line. These tools are integrated in the younger generations and will continue to be normalized in our family’s future generations.

It’s true that some women carry the matriarch healed blueprint but a vital thing to remember is that our soul’s would not have been called to carry that golden template, if those who came before us didn’t do some transmuting of energy in family lines. They paved the way for us Let’s remember that without them, we would have to clear so much more in our fields and in our family lines. They also showed us what we need to let go of and what needs to stay. Two consistent traits the women in my family carried were love and nurturing. These cornerstones have been the foundation upon which I rest the matriarch blueprint and usher in the Divine feminine frequency. My daughter and my nieces carry the next level. It will continue with my grandchildren and all the future females that have yet to birth to this family. We are paving the way, so they have a clear path of Divine feminine love and nurturing to not only support their families but also everything living on this Earth. Spring brings brightly colored flowers, singing birds, and the promise of new growth.  As we tend to our gardens, clearing out leaf debris and dead plants, we should also tend to our mental garden or consciousness, ensuring we create a beautiful reality for ourselves. It begins with planting viable seeds.  Whether we are growing from seeds, tubers, or rhizomes, we need to make sure they are healthy, and the planting medium is pure–free from disease and pests.

Like the physical garden, we must apply the same growing strategies to our mental garden. This means evaluating our thoughts and determining what is old, dead debris not aligned with our current belief system. What outdated generational blueprinting are we storing?  What fear programming do we have from our childhoods? How is trauma affecting our beliefs about others and this world we live in? What beliefs about ourselves are not true anymore?  As we find theses old beliefs, like weeds and dead plants, we need to pull them out by the root and release them.   

If we are vibrating at a fear-based frequency, our thoughts will be dominated by fear and we will created a fear-based reality for ourselves.  Likewise, if we are vibrating at a love-based frequency, we will create a loving reality.  You are the gardener of this garden. You decide what you grow! 

As we are all part of the whole–the collective consciousness or the collective mental garden, the thoughts we hold, support the frequencies running through the Earth. Will you contribute to a loving reality on Earth or will you support a fear-based reality? If you are loving, you will have compassion for those who are still evolving and clearing. If you are fear-based, you will contribute to all the threads of fear  are used  to divine humanity.  What growing medium are you adding to the mental garden of this planet? This past week, a client came to the office for her first session. She had been to several doctors for a multitude of physical ailments. In fact, as soon as one issue seemed better, a new one emerged in a different area. One of her doctors suggested that she see someone to help her heal from her emotional traumas because the doctor kept fixing the physical ailments but the underlying wound was lingering within her and that is exactly what led her to my office.

As I held my office door, she walked past and a wave of sadness brushed my field. I mentally acknowledged it and encouraged her to make herself comfortable. We sat across from each other in the gray and yellow upholstered chairs separated by a long rectangular glass table but I felt we were closer; she seemed familiar, like I met her before. As we discussed what to expect in the session, she shared that she was as a certified yogi who trained at Kripalu, the leading yoga school in the U.S.but couldn’t physically do it anymore with her injuries. She also said that she met me at one of my book signings and my son was there, too. I shared that Brayden graduated college in May, secured a job a month later, and was living with his girlfriend in North Carolina. Her eyes grew big and she asked, “How could that be?” We joked about how the children grow older but we hit a plateau and become ageless.

We redirected the conversation to how she found the office. She said when her doctor recommended a visit to an energy facilitator, she remembered meeting me a the book signing. Then she rifled through her house in search of the book, so she could spell my name correctly hunting online for my website. We both smiled knowing things happen at the right time. The idea of coincidence is human but the concept of alignment is Divine.

As I threaded through her aura, we unveiled trauma imprints in her way. We surfed through ways of sadness and disappointment finally settling her in the frequency of love. At one point, I could feel her hands chakras, which were pressed against her legs radiating heat and pulsating. I knew her hand chakras were open, yet she had manifested physical ailments that needed healing. As I illuminated her birth blueprint, I could see healing was one of her attributes in this life. I asked, “Why aren’t you using your tools to heal yourself?” She said she studied Reiki a long time ago but never used it. She was very aware of energy and her spiritual connection was wide open at her crown chakra but she wasn’t integrating her spiritual senses and energy abilities. I asked her to choose to send the energy from her head down to her feet using only her mind. She did and she felt her energy vibrating in the soles of her feet. “How many more physical ailments will you create before you acknowledge your own healing skills? The doctors will support you but ultimately, you need to embrace your abilities.” Tears glistened in her eyes, as she turned toward me. A smile graced her face. She said she felt that message deep in her heart.

We ended the session. I grounded her and then we sat on the chairs discussing what she would experience over the next week, as her energy would continue to shift and align post-session. She opened her purse and took out the book I signed for her. It was my first book, Discovering the Medium Within, which I had signed for her in 2013. She showed me the inscription I had written. When readers approach me to sign their books, I always give them a little energy scan and inscribe the book with a poignant energy message. The message I had written on the book’s first page said, “Continue to fully embrace your abilities and don’t be discouraged!” I smiled at here after I read this because I knew she was ready.

She had first met me 12 years ago and at that time, the book’s inscription meant little to her. Now, she was aligned with her soul. The information was always there for her in the birth blueprint. I had read it in her energy and had written it in the book’s inscription. The beauty of alignment, as I mentioned earlier is that it isn’t a human thing, it is Divine. When things are in Divine alignment, it is time. It could be 10, 20 or 30 human years but when things Divinely align, they spiritually connect. Her life Divinely aligned and now she is on way to doing her soul work. Everything in her life is and will be magnificently different moving forward. When we clear our own energy fields of old paradigms and imprint and transmute whatever distortions we need to correct in our family lines, we follow the paths of our souls and we chart new paradigm paths for those that come after us in our family lines. These are my people; they are the blueprinters of the Earth brining in new patterns and beliefs to help humanity and the Earth’s inhabitants move forward in the new frequencies.
 
It’s never easy being the change but this is all part of the soul plans for the blueprinters. Many of them had karma to clear and energy to transmute in their birth families as well as marriages and unions and  many are now aligning with their soul groups and soul missions.

If you are a blueprinter here to lead change,  you will feel it deep within your soul but you will not lead anyone, until you have led your own ego to be dismantled and allowed your soul to be in charge of this incarnation.  If you live in clutter, which is static chaos, you cannot move forward. You must clear the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual chaos from your field.  This is achieved by going within and letting go at the deepest level.  


When you let go, you will find the Divine self, where your soul and Source are one. This is the creation point and once your reach it, you have mastered the ego self. As you master staying centered in this Source and soul creation point, which we also refer to as zero-point, you can navigate all frequencies with ease.  Now, you will be ready to lead. Shine brightly, my friends! Always remember who you are and why you are here!

We are seeing a surge in frequency on the Earth and it is because we are ready for it. More and more people can feel the influx of energy with the full moon. As it rises, we feel our own energy rise and a wave of emotion and imprints that need to heal, come to our conscious awareness. We have learned to use this energy for our healing benefit. By the time the full moon draws to a close, we have cleared a great deal and are settled into a more vibrant frequency. 

Now we are integrating the energy of the new moon and learning to use this energy before the full moon rises each month.  The new moon helps us take a look at patterns that we want to let go of and if we are tuned into the energy of it, we can help clear things as it radiates its frequency.  To some of us, the new moon’s intensity can make us feel tired but if we surrender to it, we can reap the benefits of the energy extended to us.  Let us use these cycles in our healing journey and be grateful that they are available to us.  Always remember who you are and why you are here!

There are many beautiful things in store for humanity collectively in 2024. What 2024 holds for you individually is up to you and how much you are willing to shift your level of consciousness. A brief recap on the crazy times of 2023– we saw lots of change and many of us were able to see what we needed to change in ourselves, as it triggered us, when we encountered it as reflection in our environments. This caused us to follow the root of the trigger and release it. In doing so, we helped release distorted energy that we were holding.

Many of us struggled seeing all the chaos and negativity rising to the surface with humanity. Spoiler alert, we were part of the problem. If we attached our energy fields to it, we were part of holding that negativity. It was only when we were aware of how our thoughts and energy contributed to the issues that we were then able to be part of the solution of healing everything.

2024 is different. We are already mostly aware of what needs to change and that is way better than the way we began 2023. This year will be one of love for everyone and everything. We will love ourselves more and love this Earth. We will vibrate with more loving energy and we will radiate that energy out into the collective. Good things are happening. In healing, we are constantly clearing old patterns, beliefs, and experiences to make way for new patterns, beliefs, and experiences. This process is essential for life on Earth not only for humans but also for other living species. When a soul is born, it is loved, fed, stimulated emotionally, and nurtured. The body & mind grow and as this happens, more of the soul’s energy aligns in the physical form or body.

If the environment becomes stagnant and the living being is not supported, it cannot thrive; its growth becomes stunted. This affects not only physicality but also emotional and spiritual development. The new home that I bought two years ago, has a beautiful yard just under a half acre. Yet, it had not been cared for and nurtured for over a decade. As a result, everything was overgrown and crowded. Plants were competing with each other for food and sunlight and many were diseased or starved. I spent all of last year clearing out diseased trees and plants and cutting things back to help support new growth.

This summer, everything flourished. All the cherry trees yielded fruit; we had cherries for months. I picked them each day with my dogs and I made juice. It wasn’t long before the birds caught on to the feast and we had to share all the cherries lining the tree canopy with cardinals, bluejays, sparrows, and finches but we all got our fair share. It was rewarding to see how clearing the dead and decayed plant matter helped make room for all the new growth.

The same thing happened with the nut trees. We have about twelve, 50-75 foot white oak trees and a couple of hickory trees. Last year, the trees produced very few nuts. This year, the hickory trees are filled and the squirrels are enjoying them, while they also gather all the acorns to prepare for winter.

To heal, we have to take a look at what is weighing us down and causing disease. We must consciously choose to release it and let go. As we do this, we create space in our energy fields for more of our soul frequency also known as the higher self, to align in our human forms. This is a different type of growth–not physical; it is energetic growth & expansion of the soul in this body–more of our consciousness aligns.

I am happy to see that helping the plants grow is also supporting the growth and development of all the life forms around us not just in my yard; it demonstrates how connected we all are in the web or energetic matrix of life. More plant growing in my yard attracts more pollinators and other life forms to my yard and the neighborhood and the community. In making one change, things are healing and more life is aligning. What was once dying and lacking energy is now filled with life & energy.

After clearing the backyard, I planted new, healthy trees and plants. Half of the backyard is an annual vegetable garden, with perennial herb garden, and edible shrub and tree garden comprised of beach plums, apples, peaches, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Now that the growth is being nurtured and everything is growing, I am able to sit in the gardens and work on my book. The rhododendron garden is one of my favorite spots to sit and create. Willow and Skye love it, too and usually rest in the cedar mulch, while I write.

Healing is a choice. We can choose to do the work and release the old, which will allow for more consciousness to align within us or we can choose to stay stuck and manifest disease. My clients are the souls who choose to do the work and keep pushing forward to align more of their souls in their bodies and help facilitate the healing frequency on this planet. Anchoring Your Frequency
Many of us have been shifting, healing, and releasing things from our family lines. We are projecting more of our souls into this human form; we are radiating new frequencies.
     Clients coming to the office are telling me about sensing that acquaintences, relationships, situations, and environments are no longer a fit for them. This happens when you shift and the people and situations around you are not shifting. Places feel differently, when your energy shifts but that does not mean you should cut people and places.
     You might want to radiate love from your heart chakra to neutralize the differential in vibrations between you and others. In places where the energy is very different, you might want to anchor your vibration into the Earth. This helps support energy shifting everywhere including the people, situations, and places that are different from you. When you anchor your frequency everywhere you go, you leave a loving imprint and this helps everyone and everything. When we find ourselves in a state of disenchantment with our experiences, we need to take at the vibrational currency we are projecting out into the world. We discussed the concept of vibrational currency in last month’s newsletter. This month we are delving further into the idea of vibrational matches, so we can create what we want in our lives.

When we are aware of our own vibrational baselines or currencies, we have a great starting point for creating. The more we are centered in the baseline, the more easily we can create. It is important for us to hold an idea(s) or image(s) of what we want to see in our words. We can do this in a variety of ways:

1. Repetitive daily visualization,
2. Drawing a graph that depicts what we want to create
3. Creating a vision board

We also need to identify the frequency of what we want to create. For example, if we want to attract a vibrational support system, we need to recognize the group’s collective frequency. Is it a combination of frequencies? Does it match our own? Is it higher than what we are projecting out? Once we know the frequency of what we want to attract, we have the basis for what we need in creating. There are a few steps to bringing it to fruition:

1. Identify the frequency of what you want to create
2. Match your frequency to that of what you choose to create
3. Consistently focus energy on what you wish to create

Whatever we direct energy toward, will be created in our lives. The more focused we are, the easier it is to create. For example, if we are very focused one day and then doubtful or fearful the next day, we will draw a zigzag energy pattern to what we want to create. In contrast, if we are consistently focused in the right frequency, we will create quickly that which we desire. You are the director of the experience also known as your life. What are your creating for yourself?
