Happy New Year! 2023 is a year of alignment with the higher self and self empowerment. January is the month that kicks it all off with a full moon on 1/6/23.  This month, many people are clearing remnants of emotional wounds, trauma, and old versions of themselves that are keeping them in a 3D reality.  When we consciously clear these imprints and experiences, we shift our perceptions and remember our soul agreements and all experiences were meant for our highest good. Allow the energetic ebb and flow of the month to help you clear and align!

A main goal for may of us this year is to stay in the higher self frequency, so that  we see, hear, and feel everything from a soul perspective of 5D and higher rather than a 3D ego perspective. When we live at the soul frequency, we realize we are connected to everyone & everything in the flower of life and we are one at all times.  When we are one, we cannot hurt someone without hurting ourselves. Everything we think, say, or do is connected to us and all.  We are accountable for not only our personal energy field imprints but also those we are supporting and contributing to the collective energy field or matrix.

The more we embody the higher self frequency, the more we acknowledge ourselves as spiritual and energetic beings in physical, human form.  All of our non-physical abilities align. We can transcend dimensions, communicate telepathically, heal ourselves and our world. This is a beautiful year of alignment. November is an amazing energy month. The full moon on 11/8 ushers in a whole new frequency with a simultaneous total lunar eclipse and meteor shower.  As we know, the full moon helps us clear energy and a lunar eclipse is incredibly intense, so the two of them combined will amplify clearing in a beautiful way. Prior to the eclipse, many people will be confronting old fears being drawn to their consciousness. They may also receive glimpses of things to come that will help encourage them to keep clearing and moving forward. Everything we want is on the other side of fear and when we remember we are Divine beings of light, there is no place for fear. 

On 11/11/22 – 11/12/22, we have another influx of Divine energy flowing through the grids and all those connected to Mission 1122 will be naturally anchoring this energy into the Earth elemental grid system.  On 11/22/22, there is an upgrade of collective consciousness and once again, the Mission 1122 souls will be supporting the integration within humanity.  During theses times of integration, it is important to support your physical body with rest, water, and heavy grounding. The more you support your body, the more you can help integrate the energy.It is an important month of energy integration. Stay centered and grounded! Many people are affected by the intensity of the full moon but they may not realize it.  As I mentioned in past articles, the full moon is a healing tool, when we tune in a allow it to help us release imprints from our energy fields.  As the strength of the full moon radiates, the Earth’s elemental grid system expands, and the energy of the planet’s electromagnetic field amplifies allowing energy to be lifted through the grids. 

Our energy fields are integrated with that of the Earth’s field. Many humans may perceive these shifts in waves a few days before the full moon.  Current life situations may trigger old trauma imprints and activate old memories.  It’s crucial for us to stay-centered at this time and work on being actively present.  When we do this, we can take a look at what is being triggered and know that it is time to release it.  If we are not centered, we can become emotionally deregulated and project our deregulated emotions on those around us. 

The moon is a special healing gift, if we use it wisely.  It is something to celebrate.  If we do the work, by the time it is over, we will have cleared old energy and healed.  Do not fear the moon’s energy!  Do not fear anything!  You are a divine being of light having a human experience.  Enjoy the times of healing and clearing and choose a life of love and joy!

Healing Exercise During the Full Moon

What you will need for this exercise  – Your directed consciousness and access to the outdoors during the full moon

1. Stand outside with your bare feet pressed against the ground
2. Choose to clear all that is in the way of you creating a life of joy and love
3. Raise your hands above your crown chakra (over the top of your head)
4. Choose to allow the unobstructed flow of Divine Source energy through your crown right down to your feet.
5. When the energy reaches your feet, choose to anchor the Divine Source energy into the Earth.
6. Place your hand chakras down on your thighs
7. Choose to ground yourself fully, totally, and completely!

Many people are feeling the energy of this full moon driving emotions and imprints to the surface. The result can be an emotional tornado sending you in a tailspin, if you don’t stay centered. As we shift consciousness, all things that no longer fit into our belief systems are pulled out of our energy fields and transmuted. As these thing things are being pulled to the surface, they are passing through the emotional layer of the aura and we are feeling the emotions connected to the experiences.

In addition to what we are clearing in our own fields, those of us who work in the Earth grids are also clearing for the collective. This means we might feel energy from our family lines, demographic energy clearing from where we live or collective contract energy such as clearing of abuse, manipulation and other things that the collective consciousness is releasing. Staying Centered During A Time of Clearing:

What you will need for this exercise – your mind and a place outdoors

As with all exercises, energy follows intention. All you have to do is intend and the energy flows. You have the tools within you.

1. Stand outside with your feet pressed against the Earth
2. Feel the energy of the Earth under your feet and choose to connect to it
3. Raise your arms out to the side with your palms facing upward.
4. Choose to allow the flow of energy releasing. Be grateful for the ability to clear things from your field.
5. Next focus your energy on your feet. Choose to align with the strength of the Earth’s magnetic field.
6. Choose to root yourself in that vibration and ground yourself firmly in it.

For many of us, the full moon is a beautiful sight that illuminates the dark night. When it is at its peak, it can have energetic affects on people. The full moon pulls strongly on our fields and can make people feel ungrounded, mentally scattered, and emotional. It is actually a powerful tool for our healing, if we embrace what it offers.

The moon affects the gravitational pull or energetic field of the Earth. When the moon is full, the Earth’s overall field, comprised of all its energetic grids or energy fields of water, land, and air are altered because for a brief time, they shift and expand or open more. As this happens, there is more Divine energy that is flooded to the Earth through the opening of these grids. This flooding of energy affects things in the different grids. It is seen with the tides in the water grid. The full moon creates dramatic tidal shifts. Although it does not affect the timing cycle of the tides in the 12 hour shifts, it does affect the energy. The swells are larger than normal and often low tide during the full moon is exceptionally low.

Just as the moon affects the Earth’s grids and the things in those grids, it also affects the energetic field of humans. Many people feel dizzy or ungrounded during the full moon and they might not understand why they feel this way. As the moon floods Divine energy to the Earth, this new energy enters our fields through the crown chakra. Then it moves down the Hara line through our primary 7 chakra system. This influx of energy is a lot for our physical bodies and we may not be use to it, so we need some time to adjust to the new frequency. As our physical bodies are shifting frequencies, we feel ungrounded or slightly dizzy.

In addition to the ungrounded feeling we may also feel emotional or mentally scattered during this time. As the new Divine energy enters our fields, everything that is not in-line with that frequency gets pushed out to the auric layers for clearing. This includes old emotions, memories, and experiences. For some of us, as this stuff comes up, we get stuck in the old things coming to the surface and being brought to our conscious awareness. This is because we are hanging on to what is coming up. If we would just acknowledge that its old and no longer serves us, we could release it and move past the energy of it. It would clear the mental scattering and overly emotional responses quite quickly.

The moon is much more than a beautiful object to light up the night sky. It’s a power healing tool to help us clear what no longer serves us. The Universe always gives us what we need and we can all heal ourselves; we just need to utilize the tools available to us.
