There are many beautiful things in store for humanity collectively in 2024. What 2024 holds for you individually is up to you and how much you are willing to shift your level of consciousness. A brief recap on the crazy times of 2023– we saw lots of change and many of us were able to see what we needed to change in ourselves, as it triggered us, when we encountered it as reflection in our environments. This caused us to follow the root of the trigger and release it. In doing so, we helped release distorted energy that we were holding.

Many of us struggled seeing all the chaos and negativity rising to the surface with humanity. Spoiler alert, we were part of the problem. If we attached our energy fields to it, we were part of holding that negativity. It was only when we were aware of how our thoughts and energy contributed to the issues that we were then able to be part of the solution of healing everything.

2024 is different. We are already mostly aware of what needs to change and that is way better than the way we began 2023. This year will be one of love for everyone and everything. We will love ourselves more and love this Earth. We will vibrate with more loving energy and we will radiate that energy out into the collective. Good things are happening. See it, feel it, and believe it! Always remember who you are and why you are here!

Anchoring Your Frequency
Many of us have been shifting, healing, and releasing things from our family lines. We are projecting more of our souls into this human form; we are radiating new frequencies.
     Clients coming to the office are telling me about sensing that acquaintences, relationships, situations, and environments are no longer a fit for them. This happens when you shift and the people and situations around you are not shifting. Places feel differently, when your energy shifts but that does not mean you should cut people and places.
     You might want to radiate love from your heart chakra to neutralize the differential in vibrations between you and others. In places where the energy is very different, you might want to anchor your vibration into the Earth. This helps support energy shifting everywhere including the people, situations, and places that are different from you. When you anchor your frequency everywhere you go, you leave a loving imprint and this helps everyone and everything. The exercise below helps demonstrate this concept. Always remember who you are and why you are here!

For centuries, the healed female frequency has been oppressed on this planet. There was a time, when women as mystics & healers were advisors to kings; they were part of a ruling hierarchy. Women were the nurturers of everyone and everything on the planet equal to men as their counterparts. They were the life givers infusing Divine frequency everywhere deeply connected Source & all that is and were keepers of ancient wisdom.

History tells of a male-dominated world where women were always less and men ruled all. Eventually, enough weak males supported that theory to create a reality where women were held down not because they were less; they were oppressed because they were feared. They held the wisdom and carried the future of the Earth within them.

The Earth tells another story in its elemental grids and land. It heralds a message of the women who had domain over the elements and respected the Divine energy. They were healers, seers, herbalists, mothers, and nurturers. They were pure Divine energy in human form always radiating love. There are sacred places on this Earth that hold these frequencies as nodes of repeating pulses of the past. They have always echoed the truth of Divine feminine energy.

As women awaken and release themselves from old beliefs and behavioral patterns enslaving them to unhealed male dynamics, they allow the Divine healed female energy to flow. They hold it within their energy fields integrating it and radiating it outward. As more and more women align, more and more of this energy floods this planet. We connect our fields to the original nodes in sacred places like electrical wires connecting to a power source in an electrical circuit or computers in a network integrating to the server. That network connects all women in that frequency and as the beliefs change and are integrated into each generation, the energy changes in all over the Earth. All women connected are running on the new healed blueprinting frequency.

This is happening all over the world. Women are taking their power back and divine healed males are awakening & stepping forward. An unhealed male will fear a healed female and want to dominate and control her. A healed male will honor and respect her. He will view their relationship as sacred. This is why many twin flames are carrying the blueprinting for divine relationships. They are healed males and healed females in divine union that carry the blueprinting to restore yin yang energy to this Earth. What we heal individually supports the healing of the collective consciousness. It is a beautiful time to be here and facilitate all this healing on the planet. Keep supporting women everywhere and integrating the divine feminine frequency!

This month we have a very intense shift happening between the time of retrograde, which runs though 10/17 to the full moon in its height on 10/20 at 10:57am EDT to 10/23.  There are some things you may be experiencing that are related to what you are clearing personally and helping release from the collective conscious.  You may be feeling emotional and crying easily.  This can be related to the layers of your ego that you are releasing; we refer to this as an ego death.  It happens when we shed an old part of ourselves that is no longer a fit for our current reality.  It may involve a traumatized, fearful, or weaker version of who you once were before you healed that aspect of your energy.  

In addition, there is a lot of fear clearing, so you may have a current trigger that is bringing you back to an old wound involving your safety and security.  It may be financial, health-related, abandonment, or any other deep-rooted fear.  The current situation is causing you to feel the old wound and work through it.  You are being called to transcend your fears.  In doing so, this will shift your frequency and it will also release fear from the collective and help shift the collective frequency. 

Physically, as you shift, you may feel tired.  This is because as you release energetic imprints and blockages, more of your soul aligns in your body and your body has to adapt to the change in frequency.  When you rest and relax, everything re-aligns and calibrates. 

When we shift, our lives change.  Our relationships may align to meet our frequency or they may dissolve if they are no longer a vibrational match.  This is true for love relationships, friendships, and business partnerships.  We bless everyone for the experiences and we let go and allow frequency-aligned relationships to shift into our lives.  We don’t force anything.  We set our intentions, stay-centered, and allow things to materialize.  Keep letting go of the old and trusting and allowing the new! Everyone is doing great.  Extend love from your heart chakra to everyone and everything!  Always remember who you are and why you are here!

Over the next few months, we will see many changes on the planet.  These changes are necessary for the longevity of this Earth.  As things clear out and bubble to the collective surface in awareness, it is important to stay centered in the frequency of love at all times.  If you find you are being emotionally triggered by events or experiences around you, center your emotions and take a look at why you are triggered. What in you needs to clear and heal, so you can remain in a place of love at all times? Choose to release all that isn’t love in your field! Remember, those who are not in the frequency of love have created distortions in their own fields based on their experiences.  No matter what people present to us, under all of the distortions, they are love.  As the collective awareness shifts, the planet returns to a predominately loving frequency.

People are awakening at their own rates and we are not to judge the processes of others.  We are not aware of all the contracts they need to honor.  We need to hold the frequency and honor the journeys of others.  People awaken according to their own divine processes.  You can aid others by staying centered and working on yourself, so that you are a clear conduit of Source energy at all times.  If people focus on their own healing journeys, the collective shift will align.  I am grateful that all of you signed on to be here at this time.  It is a beautifully exciting transition.  Thank you for the work you are doing to support the collective frequency.

Some of us are feeling heaviness in our #heartchakras. You may be sensing what is clearing, so you can open more to the #frequencyofSource. As the planet shifts, in #thegreatawakening, more #love or #frequency is coming through #theearthgrids and those of us who are open to shifting are feeling old energy and imprints clearing and lifting from our Hearst chakras and and other places such as the #solarplexus, if you have #selfworth issues clearing out. As these things clear out, more Source frequency flows into your field and you project that love put to everyone and everything you encounter, thus helping the awakening process of the planet. You can aid this shifting but doing the following exercise:

1. Place your hands over your heart chakra and bring your awareness there.
2. As you connect with this energy, choose to consciously clear and release all blockage to the frequency of love. You may feel energy shift in this area and other parts of your physical body. Allow it all and know you are creating space for more love.
3. Next, consciously choose to be filled with the frequency of Source. Frequency and anti-frequency (the opposite of love) are choices. You have free will and the Universe will support whatever you choose for yourself. Choose an abundant flow of love to fill your body and energy field.
4. Next place your hands on your legs and say the following: “I ground myself fully, totally and completely now in the frequency of love.” You may need to rest a few minutes to allow the grounding. Know that you are loved and supported by all the love in the #Universe. You are never alone. The #Galacticfederationoflight is always supporting those souls that choose the frequency of love! Yesterday morning, Briella and I had a great breakfast at the diner, while Brayden was working out with his strength and conditioning coach. After the diner, we ventured to Walmart. I use the word ventured because we certainly encountered the unexpected. But it turned out to be a wonderful way to exercise our tools, so we were grateful for the experience.

When we walked into the store, we noticed the line for self-checkout coiling like a snake to the back of the store. We kept walking and I secretly hoped it would clear by the time we were ready to leave. We only needed a few items:

1. A small tarp to cover the bunny hutch I bought for Brayden’s rabbit.

2. Printer paper

3. Paper plates

4. Toiletry products

After we gathered our items, we pushed our cart to the register area but the line was even longer than when we first entered the store. We took our place in line and tried to ignore the people yelling about having to wait. It started to get loud and I actually felt like the crowd might become hostile. Briella thought the same thing. We don’t always use words but we communicate often through thought.

The elderly lady behind us, kept saying things like, “This is horrible. It’s such an outrage.” I tired not to make eye contact in an attempt to avoid connecting with her energy but the one time I did, I smiled kindly at her. I said to Briella, “This is a good lesson in patience for us.” She nodded her head in agreement.

I could not change the fact that the store had a total of two cashiers on a busy Sunday with over a hundred shoppers in the building but I could try to diffuse the intensity. I said to Briella, “Send love from your heart to the whole place. If someone wants to connect to it, they will but this is what we can do to aid this situation.”

Briella closed her eyes and focused on sending the energy out and I did the same. When she opened her eyes, she smiled at me because she should feel the shift. Within a few minutes, people on line were looking at their phones and talking to each other about things besides waiting in line. It felt more calm and we moved quickly through the line.

The cashier took several minutes to put extra plastic bags on the circular bag holder, as we were waiting for her to ring-up our items. I felt my energy rising and my ego wanted to say, “Are you kidding me, lady.” I just wanna get out of this store. Move it, along!” But then she looked up at me with a gentle smile and started talking about her favorite movie. I suddenly, re-centered myself and tried to understand that she was doing the best she could, at that time. I could leave; she had to stay there until the end of her shift.

When we got in the car, I explained to Briella,”In every situation in life, you have a choice about how to respond. You can choose love, or you can choose anything other than love. You may not be in control of the situation you find yourself in but you can always control your energy and your response to the energy around you. Always choose love!” She looked at me and said, “I know, mom. Even when it’s hard, I do my best to be loving.” Honestly, it’s true. She is very kind and loving to people all the time. Our children can learn from us. Lead by example; lead with love.

Clear — Release — Allow

Many of us are experiencing heart chakra shifting. Signs of this shifting can be physical aches coming from the chakra, heaviness or pressure in the chakra, and feeling emotional. This chakra is the center for unconditional love of ourselves and others. Overall the human race is incorporating more Divine love on the Earth. What you are experiencing is a clearing in the heart center, so you can allow more love to enter your energetic field. Whatever is blocking the flow of love in your life is being brought to the surface or to your awareness to clear. There are a few steps you can take to assist this shifting process, so that by the time the full moon occurs, you will be ready to let it go. Since energy follows intention, the only things you will need to utilize these steps are your hand chakras and your mind.

1. Place you hand over your heart chakra with your palm or hand chakra against your chest.
2. Using your mind, choose to clear and release anything blocking the flow of Divine unconditional love in your life. You may see memories of things that have happened in the past. You may feel fear, you may hear information pertaining to the blockages. No matter what comes up, choose to let it go.
3. Next choose to give yourself love and love yourself unconditionally. You may feel heat or tingling in your hand chakra as the energy is flowing into your heart chakra. Leave your hand over this area for a few minutes, until you feel it is time to remove it. Trust yourself. You can balance your own field.
4. Then place your hand chakras on your thighs or tops of your legs. Choose to send all the energy down from your hands to your feet and ground yourself fully, totally, and completely. Do this once a daily for a week.
