In healing, we are constantly clearing old patterns, beliefs, and experiences to make way for new patterns, beliefs, and experiences. This process is essential for life on Earth not only for humans but also for other living species. When a soul is born, it is loved, fed, stimulated emotionally, and nurtured. The body & mind grow and as this happens, more of the soul’s energy aligns in the physical form or body.

If the environment becomes stagnant and the living being is not supported, it cannot thrive; its growth becomes stunted. This affects not only physicality but also emotional and spiritual development. The new home that I bought two years ago, has a beautiful yard just under a half acre. Yet, it had not been cared for and nurtured for over a decade. As a result, everything was overgrown and crowded. Plants were competing with each other for food and sunlight and many were diseased or starved. I spent all of last year clearing out diseased trees and plants and cutting things back to help support new growth.

This summer, everything flourished. All the cherry trees yielded fruit; we had cherries for months. I picked them each day with my dogs and I made juice. It wasn’t long before the birds caught on to the feast and we had to share all the cherries lining the tree canopy with cardinals, bluejays, sparrows, and finches but we all got our fair share. It was rewarding to see how clearing the dead and decayed plant matter helped make room for all the new growth.

The same thing happened with the nut trees. We have about twelve, 50-75 foot white oak trees and a couple of hickory trees. Last year, the trees produced very few nuts. This year, the hickory trees are filled and the squirrels are enjoying them, while they also gather all the acorns to prepare for winter.

To heal, we have to take a look at what is weighing us down and causing disease. We must consciously choose to release it and let go. As we do this, we create space in our energy fields for more of our soul frequency also known as the higher self, to align in our human forms. This is a different type of growth–not physical; it is energetic growth & expansion of the soul in this body–more of our consciousness aligns.

I am happy to see that helping the plants grow is also supporting the growth and development of all the life forms around us not just in my yard; it demonstrates how connected we all are in the web or energetic matrix of life. More plant growing in my yard attracts more pollinators and other life forms to my yard and the neighborhood and the community. In making one change, things are healing and more life is aligning. What was once dying and lacking energy is now filled with life & energy.

After clearing the backyard, I planted new, healthy trees and plants. Half of the backyard is an annual vegetable garden, with perennial herb garden, and edible shrub and tree garden comprised of beach plums, apples, peaches, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Now that the growth is being nurtured and everything is growing, I am able to sit in the gardens and work on my book. The rhododendron garden is one of my favorite spots to sit and create. Willow and Skye love it, too and usually rest in the cedar mulch, while I write.

Healing is a choice. We can choose to do the work and release the old, which will allow for more consciousness to align within us or we can choose to stay stuck and manifest disease. My clients are the souls who choose to do the work and keep pushing forward to align more of their souls in their bodies and help facilitate the healing frequency on this planet. Something very special is happening within humanity; people are remembering that they are energetic beings and embracing a 5th dimensional consciousness. This is making a big difference in their life experiences. To live at a 3D level of consciousness means there is a fundamental belief system rooted in the physical world. 4D consciousness acknowledges both the soul and physical body. 5D consciousness acknowledges the body and spirit, while also subscribing to the belief that reality is comprised of energy in its purest form. 

When people ask me if I think things are getting better on the Earth and within humanity, I respond affirmatively.  I see the positive changes everyday in my office.  Since November of 2022, most people who have come to the office have had their hand chakras pop open during their sessions (if they were not already previously activated). They could feel pulsating energy, warmth, and other sensations associated with the energy. During their sessions, they were able to direct the flow using their only their conscious thoughts. They didn’t move their hands around to direct the flow. They directed the energy with their thoughts operating at a 5D level.  
 
If their hand chakras were already activated, the energy in their hands intensified in the form of strong vibrations and radiating heat. Remember of our all energetic abilities are based on frequency and that frequency is connected to the consciousness of each person.
If peoples’ hand chakras are open, this means they are shifting consciousness. The more people that shift from 4D to 5D, the more the Earth shifts collectively.  For the first time ever, I am teaching a class om June 3rd called, The Healer Within: Techniques for Healing Yourself & Your Life! During this 6-hour class, I will be teaching intuitive energy self-healing. This class is designed to assist those who embrace 5D consciousness and support them on the journey of self-healing all aspects of their lives. Now that our hand chakras are opening, we will remember what to do with them and soon self-healing will be normalized all over the planet. It is sometimes challenging but also beautiful to be here on this Earth.  Keep opening and allowing the Divine energy to flow through you!  Always remember who you are and why you are here!

Keeping with the theme of 2023 being a year for higher self alignment and self empowerment, February ushers in a strong wave of energy. It kicks off with the full moon on 2/5/23. As we shift gears to be in 5D at all times, we embrace not only the energetic and spiritual components in ourselves but also in those around us. 

For many of us, we will deeply sense the connection to all beings. We can no longer ignore our spiritual and energetic ties to all of creation.  This month we are working on staying centered in our higher self frequency. As we do  this, we will notice distortion within ourselves and also distortions going on in our environments.

As we stay in our vibrations, this will allow us to change things in our environments that need to be healed. Centeredness and frequency consistency begin inward and radiate outward. Once they are radiated outward, they are reflected back to us through our environments & relationships. The more we can stay centered, the more we will realize the distractions in our lives and distortions we are carrying in our fields. 

As we heal these things within ourselves, we are healing them in the collective consciousness. We are making the world a better place by contributing healed energy fields to the collective field. It is a great time of healing this year. Thank you for being with me on this Earth at this time. Always remember who you are and why you are here!

Happy New Year! 2023 is a year of alignment with the higher self and self empowerment. January is the month that kicks it all off with a full moon on 1/6/23.  This month, many people are clearing remnants of emotional wounds, trauma, and old versions of themselves that are keeping them in a 3D reality.  When we consciously clear these imprints and experiences, we shift our perceptions and remember our soul agreements and all experiences were meant for our highest good. Allow the energetic ebb and flow of the month to help you clear and align!

A main goal for may of us this year is to stay in the higher self frequency, so that  we see, hear, and feel everything from a soul perspective of 5D and higher rather than a 3D ego perspective. When we live at the soul frequency, we realize we are connected to everyone & everything in the flower of life and we are one at all times.  When we are one, we cannot hurt someone without hurting ourselves. Everything we think, say, or do is connected to us and all.  We are accountable for not only our personal energy field imprints but also those we are supporting and contributing to the collective energy field or matrix.

The more we embody the higher self frequency, the more we acknowledge ourselves as spiritual and energetic beings in physical, human form.  All of our non-physical abilities align. We can transcend dimensions, communicate telepathically, heal ourselves and our world. This is a beautiful year of alignment. The higher self is the true essence of you.  It’s your total and complete version free of projections, issues, and fears–the Divine form of you.  What exists on the Earth plane is basically a small part of your total self that is engaging in physical life.  The higher self oversees the human self and once connected, the higher self provides deep guidance for navigating life on Earth.  The higher self exists in the spirit realm of the Divine.

We can connect our human selves at anytime to receive help from the higher self.  But if we clear out our fears and projections and raise our vibrations, we can be closer to our higher selves on a regular basis.  The higher self is in the vibration of unconditional love, so the more time we spend in that vibration, the closer we are to merging with our higher selves.  This means choosing to look at experiences from a soul-perspective, rather than an ego-based one, realizing that all experiences are for our highest good. It also means engaging in kindness towards others and completely loving and accepting ourselves.

Until we reach the point where the higher self is consistently connected to the human self, we have the ability to engage with our higher self through meditation. As we connect to the higher self, a sense of total peace and unconditional love envelopes us like a soft blanket. It is at this point that we become fully aware of how many things we need to clear from our human life.  Connecting to the higher self helps us realize how and what we should be feeling all the time.  When we connect, we receive information about how we can improve our lives, if we just listen.  It’s time to live life, as your soul chose before you incarnated.  Connect with your higher self, get on our soul path, and start living a life full of love!
