We talk about karma and soul agreements in this incarnation.  We clear and heal through what we need to and as we do, we shift our frequencies.  The more we clear, the more love, we embody.  In addition to what we clear in our own fields, as we heal, we are helping heal the collective experiences, as well. 

We are connected to experiences in our own family lines but those experiences are connected to the collective energy on the planet.  For example, if you experienced abuse in your life, you are not only connected to abuse on a personal level but you are also connected to all the people that have experienced abuse in their experiences.  You know what it is like; you can relate to them; you can have compassion for their situations.  Your personal experience of healing through the situation aids in the collective healing of the experience for all.  As you heal yourself, then you can help others heal.

Sometimes we try to help others before we do our own personal healing work.  You can only help others, as much as you can help yourself. If you have not worked through your own imprints and scars, you will experience limitations and triggers, as you try to help others work through similar experiences to your own.  But if you do your own work first, you can be a clear conduit for loving energy and can be of service to everyone you come across that needs to heal.   

If you were adopted as a child and carry imprints of unworthiness or any other wounding from it, you have your own healing and then you are connected to all the people in the world who were put up for adoption.  You know what they have been through and you are connected to that collective thread because you are part of healing its wounds.  You may even have soul mission work that involves helping children in their lives.

We chose these experiences as part of our karma and soul agreements.  As we clear our energy, we lift our fields and we lift the threads we are connected to in the collective web.  We continue to send healing to those threads to help support all those people connected to it, so they heal and shift their frequencies.  Keep doing your own personal work because you are working for yourself and all those souls connected to you in a collective way! Always remember who you are and why you are here!

Perhaps you were born to a mother who didn’t show or express love to you, as a child.  That experience could have scarred you emotionally and you may have had difficulty connecting emotionally to others. You have the choice to take that experience and absorb it and allow it to define you, feeling unworthy of giving or receiving love, or you can see the experience through the soul’s eyes and learn from it. What could your soul have contracted for in that experience?  What could you have learned from it and how could it have helped you grow? Perhaps by her rejection, you were supposed to learn to love yourself unconditionally.  Maybe you learned about forgiveness or acceptance. In each relationship, there is a soul agreement.  The souls agree to work together to bring about certain lessons or experiences. In the above mentioned example, the child may have represented unconditional love to the mother loving her despite the maternal rejection.  So both souls had contracted for experiences.  Both souls can learn the lessons and grow or they can stay in victim mode and carry that scars through the rest of their human lives.

Sometimes both souls learn the lessons and then they move on to clear more Karma and lessons with other souls.  One example of this can be seen in marriages and relationships that end.  The souls may have come together to experience love, which may have included bringing children into the world.  Then the union may have ended for a variety of reasons with both souls having grown by the ending. But ultimately, when the souls have acquired the lessons they needed to learn, the keep moving forward in life and keep growing.  This is a hard concept for us to understand on Earth because we are conditioned to believe that marriages are supposed to last through the entire human life, but this not always the case.  When the lessons are learned, the soul agreement expires. If the souls are not afraid, they will keep moving forward on their separate paths and keep ascending.  If they stay beyond the expired contract, then they stay out of fear of the unknown and they stagnate and forfeit future growth.  In order for a marriage flourish, both souls need to continue to grow and evolve at a similar vibrational rate.  But if that does not happen and the relationship ends, we send everyone along their paths with love and light and we hold gratitude in our hearts for the ways they have helped us grow and evolve.

In this life, nothing is as it seems. We must take a step back from all experiences, detatch our emotions, and look at everything.  We should ask ourselves, “What is this really about?  What am I supposed to learn?”  All experiences here are done with love and for our growth, even situations that seem to cause harm to us.  The experiences that jolt us deeply carry the strongest lessons.  Repetitive personality types we encounter in other people will continually surface, until we understand the lessons they bring.  A taker personality may teach us to value and respect ourselves by setting limits with others.  An angry personality type may lead us to learn about inner peace.  If we can view all experiences though the eyes of the soul and identify the soul contracts and lessons, we can embrace all souls with kindness and grow deeper in Divine love.

Often, experiences in life can scar us.  Everyone has something in their childhood that they have had to overcome whether it involved a parent, family member, or a difficult situation.  These profound experiences are meant to help our souls grow.  We have the option of letting them define us and hold us in that place of hurt, or we can dig deep, overcome them, and grow.  When we take a step back and view things from the soul’s eyes, we see that these situations are less personal and more spiritual in nature.  This helps us remove our emotions and attachments, so we can learn the lesson, let go, and evolve.

If we truly believe that all experiences in our lives come from the Divine, which is all loving, then everything in our lives is done through love.  This means that even those experiences, which challenged us were actually rooted in love.  Perhaps we experienced abandonment or rejection from a parent early on in life.  What would that experience teach a child soul?  Would that child soul learn to be strong and independent?  If we pick our parents before we incarnate, what experiences did we choose for ourselves based on those who raised us?

Many of the people in our lives are part of our soul group and we have sacred agreements with them for certain experiences and soul lessons on Earth.  We may have had a very specific teaching role in our immediate family with those who raised us.  We were there to offer a certain experience to them and they did the same for us.  Yet, our role in our current family dynamic as parents to our children may be a very different type of contract.  Although we still have free will to do as we choose in this life, there are certain contracted experiences between souls that should be fulfilled, as part of the learning and soul evolution process.

Perhaps there’s a very challenging sibling in your life who vibrates at a low rate.  Maybe that soul is here to teach you to shine your light brighter.  Maybe that soul has agreed to be lower vibrational in this life, so you could move forward, and understand the importance of being high vibrational.  When the lessons are learned, the contracts are fulfilled, and all souls can move forward.  This takes awareness, compassionate understanding, and complete love between these souls. As our vibrations raise, we’re able to separate our emotions from all we encounter.  Then we can clearly see all things through the soul’s eyes.  In doing so, we open ourselves to see life as the Divine intended it to be– a journey of completely loving experiences.
