We love the Mexican traditions of #Diadelosmuertos. It is a beautiful way to honor our loved ones that are no longer with us in physical form but are always connected to us energetically. This past summer, our best pal, Sampson crossed over. This is the first time I have written about it because I it has taken me quite a while to heal from missing his physical presence.

We are blessed by those soul who join us in this life. But we are also blessed when they cross over. Though they are no longer with us physically, they are always connected to us spiritedly. They can be with us to help us any time we need them. Death is a change in form because the soul is eternal. We never lose those we love. We are always connected; it’s a soul thing.
