Your Physical Body: The Vehicle for Your Soul

Collectively, we may recognize our bodies as the external units that house our souls on this Earth.  It is through the physical body that we experience physical sensations such as sight, touch, smell, hearing, and taste. Some of us are born with our additional senses activated and others have their psychic senses evolve over time.  The psychic senses include clairsentience, clairaudience, clairsent, clairguistance, and clairvoyance.  The more we clear in our energetic fields, the higher we vibrate and more in tune we become with our psychic senses.

When we evolve spiritually, we need to remember that we have to include our physical bodies in this process.  This means we are to honor the physical body and recognize it as the vehicle for transporting our souls on the journey on Earth.  Without a healthy physical body, our souls cannot remain on this Earth.  We may understand this concept but are we really living it?  Do we pollute our bodies with drugs and alcohol?  Do we fill our bodies with toxic foods lacking in nutritional value?  Do we put toxins on and in our skin in an attempt to buy into the illusion that outward appearances will fix issues inside us?  Do we exercise our bodies and give them proper rest?

Learning about this connection between the soul and physical body is a process that is constantly evolving and unfolding in line with the shifts and upgrades to my frequency.  As you know from both my books, I was born into this world at a certain vibration with my psychic/mediumship senses activated.  My physical body was included in this frequency, so I played sports and ran competitively at a young age; I knew my body needed the physical activity. As I got older, in college, the physical support of my body increased and I played soccer and worked out at the gym 6 days a week.  But I had to discover all the other things to nurture my body, deeper.

When pregnant with Brayden, I learned about the toxins I could transfer to him just from eating foods processed with chemicals, additives, and preservatives. I altered my diet to organics and I nursed him.  I made all his baby food from organic fruits and vegetables in my food processor. I actually never bought a jar of baby food for either of my children. For the first couple of years of his life, Brayden thought organic flavored rice cakes were cookies. He ate a totally organic diet. My parents teased me about being so focused on eating organic foods and feeding them to Brayden but I knew it was the right thing for both of our bodies.

When our dog, Timber manifested cancer Brayden was just a toddler. The experience catapulted me into my healing work.  His cancer manifested, as I was studying healing modalities.  But in the process, I unearthed the basics of aromatherapy and herbal medicine. Timber was cared for naturally under the guidance of a Naturopathic veternerian trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Although the alternative treatment did not cure him, he was still eating and running around, until the day he died. The experience afforded me the opportunity to connect with information about other ways of healing the body naturally, which I still use today.

During that time, I thought about getting my Ayurveda Practitioner Certification in Ayurvedic Medicine. I completed the first two courses, which included the history of Ayureda and Fundamentals of Ayurveda.  This gave me the first level of competency, a certification in Ayurvedic SelfCare and Maintenance. It is the basic step to many levels in the practitioner program. I felt I completed what I needed to have a fundamental  understanding of discipline and I realized the full practitioner path was not for me.  In my study, I learned that the fundamentals of health for my body were not just what I ingested through nutrients and supplements but also what I applied topically to my skin, as it is the largest organ.  I never understood the importance of healthy skincare until I studied Ayurveda.

A few years later, my corporate career ended and I started an organic bath and body care company called, Naturity, LLC. I took some of what I learned about the carrier oils and essential oils from Ayurveda and used it in the formulation of my products. I was pregnant with Briella at the time, so I had a real interest in creating products that were totally organic for mother and baby.  I created the Organic Motherhood product line and Organic Babyhood line not only for myself and my new baby but also for other moms to nurture their babies’ skin organically.  Naturity did well and CafeMom used it for some of its marketing and promotional materials for its website and also for a joint collaboration with Good Morning America. I converted my two-car garage to a manufacturing and shipping space for the company.

In line with the interest in organics, Naturity was growing and gaining wholesale customers such as organic markets and grocery stores that wanted to carry the products on their shelves. I could not keep up with the demand, so I had to consider outsourcing to a full-scale production facility.  At the same time, my manuscript for Discovering the Medium Within was being published by Llewellyn Worldwide and I felt that I needed to move with that flow. I chose to not outsource the products because it meant focusing all my energies on the company and not healing work.  Instead, I opened my first healing office and began working with clients.

Once I started working with clients, the focus of my time was less on physical and more on non-physical. I began meditating for an hour a day and getting healing sessions and upgrades from my spirit team, whenever needed.  As my client base and readership grew, my energy shifted to support that growth.  I meditated a couple of hours a day and healings with my spirit team were every other day.  I still ate healthy and worked out at the gym 6 days a week.

The more I delved into my spiritual and healing work with clients, the more my frequency required clearing and constant upgrades.  I was doing more meditating daily and daily healing sessions with my guides. This upgrade to my frequency meant removing anything that would not be good for my body including alcohol, anything processed etc.

Today, my work requires 4 hours of meditation a day, clearing, daily healing and releasing things from my energy with my spirit team, healthy eating, an hour and a half of physical exercise at the gym, and I am going to include an hour of Yoga each day, as well.  I just started my Yoga teacher training program to deepen my spiritual practice.  Currently, when I meditate, I disconnected from the physical and go within.  Yoga is a way that I can include my physical body in that meditative process.  It is a way to honor this vessel that is housing my soul.

Briella and I just converted the living room into a Yoga studio, so we can practice our Yoga at home.  The study of Yoga for me is a way to connect to the Divine within myself and ultimately to the Source.  I begin the journey with one hour a day but I do not know where it will end.  I will be guided to increase my Yoga practice, as mush as my frequency shifting requires.  It is a constant process of merging the body and soul and Source.

I accept all of this with open arms knowing that it is of my highest good.  The higher I vibrate, the more align with the work of my birth blueprint. The more I clear and release in my field, the more I can assist my clients in clearing and releasing in their own fields.  The higher I shift, the more I can assist them in shifting higher.  What began as helping people clear and release imprints and connect to loved ones in spirit has grown to something much different including clearing and releasing things from this life and all other lives and in all dimensions, aligning all soul fragments in all dimensions, integrating with the blue print and so much more in a single session. This is because my energy can connect at a very high frequency, which we bring in the session and it facilities all of this shifting in a short time. It would not be possible, if I did not do my own work in my own field.

I came here to do this work and I surrender to the Source in all of it.  I cannot stay here and serve as I am supposed to if my vessel or body is damaged.  My body is the vehicle of my soul and I need it to be healthy.  Just as I constantly upgrade my energy, I am constantly upgrading the purification process of my body.  Everyone is here for a certain purpose, as written in each soul’s blueprint; we are here to serve others in some way.  We all need healthy bodies to stay on this Earth and do what we came to do.  Honor your body with love and care and nurturing.  As you evolve spiritually, take your body with you and integrate it in the process.  The more you do, the longer you can stay on this Earth and fulfill your purpose.

Namaste,

Anysia
